You may cancel a ride before a driver is assigned without penalty.
If you cancel a ride after a driver is assigned, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

4. Driver Conduct

We expect our drivers to be professional, courteous, and safe.
We reserve the right to deactivate any driver who violates our terms or who receives negative feedback from users.

5. User Conduct

You are expected to be respectful and courteous to our drivers.
We reserve the right to deactivate your account if you violate our terms or engage in disruptive or abusive behavior.

6. Disclaimers

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service or the availability or accuracy of information provided through the Service.
We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of our drivers.
You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
