  • You can choose from various payment methods, but we do not store your credit card details.
  • You are responsible for paying for all rides booked through your account.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a ride before a driver is assigned without penalty.
  • If you cancel a ride after a driver is assigned, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

4. Driver Conduct

  • We expect our drivers to be professional, courteous, and safe.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate any driver who violates our terms or who receives negative feedback from users.

5. User Conduct

  • You are expected to be respectful and courteous to our drivers.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate your account if you violate our terms or engage in disruptive or abusive behavior.

6. Disclaimers

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service or the availability or accuracy of information provided through the Service.
  • We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of our drivers.
  • You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOJO Scotland, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
