What to bring

As we like to give you as much time out of the vehicle as possible with many opportunities for walks. We highly recommend you layer your clothing to heat up or cool down easily. The additional clothing be of a windproof/waterproof nature. Wear comfortable walking shoes.
Believe it or not, sun-block is a must with a hat and sunglasses in the summer months. Midge repellent is advised in the height of summer and MAKE SURE YOU DON’T FORGET YOUR CAMERA!

Your tour

The price you pay for your private tour will be based on the vehicle category chosen. Minimum of 4 seats to a maximum of 8 seats in our modern air-conditioned vehicles. Please see fleet guide to pick the best vehicle for your requirements.Please bear in mind european cars are smaller than the american equivalent. Please inform us of any special considerations or mobility restrictions.

Children

All children are permitted on our tours. Please inform us of any baby/child seat requirements. There will be a £10 charge per seat per tour.

Departure/Return point

Your chosen point – within Edinburgh or Glasgow. The tour will end in the same city you were picked up from to a point of your choosing.

Luggage

This is limited to one piece of luggage (like an airline cabin bag) with a maximum weight of 15kg per person. For guidance, measurements should be no more than 65cm x 45cm x 30cm / 25in x 18in x 12in. You are allowed one small carry-on bag for onboard personal items.

Cancellations

For cancellations made more than 24hrs before departure, a 100% refund will be given. For cancellations made less than 24hrs before departure, there will be no refund.

Alterations

We reserve the right to alter tour itineraries due to weather conditions, seasonal variations, availability, road conditions, or any other circumstances. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for these alterations.

Insurance

Whilst the company holds insurance meeting all statutory requirements. We strongly recommend that passengers hold comprehensive and suitable medical, travel, and cancellation insurance to cover during your travel.

Language

Please highlight if you wish a driver-guide in your spoken language. We will do our best to accommodate pending availability. All tours are with English speaking driver-guides unless otherwise stated.

Gratuities

This is optional and not included in the tour prices. This is discretionary and payable directly to your driver-guide .

What included in the tour

The tour price includes transportation and the services of your driver-guide only. There will be optional extras such as visitor attractions, and tickets can be purchased in advance or on the day. Each tour will advise which attractions are available should you wish to visit.
